Aaspee Machinery is a leading Hydraulic mandrel provided by Aaspee Pipeline Equipment that provides proper internal support to the pipe during the delicate bending operation for a result without buckling or damages.
The mandrel can be fed directly from the bending machines auxiliary hydraulic valves or fed by an independent power unit.
Hydraulically driven bending mandrels which assist in the correct bending of a pipe.
This mandrel can be connected to an auxiliary distributor mounted on a bending machine for proper operation.

Features of Hydraulic Bending Wedge Mandrel
- Prevents buckling and eliminates out of round in the bend.
- The travel wheels are essentially mounted to bring the self-levelling of the mandrel in the pipe.
- The normal operation does not require an auxiliary hydraulic power unit.
- Available for pipe sizes from 14″ to 48″.
- Adjustable for any wall thickness within the specified mandrel range.
- The maximum safe working pressure is 225 PSI (15.5 Bar).
